Wrong Shop was founded in 2011 by Sebastian Wrong, designer, creative director, and founding member of Established & Sons. His portfolio spans furniture, lighting, gallery projects, and collaborations with brands including Flos and HAY. Wrong came to design from a fine art background, and the intersection of art and design underpins his work; he is driven by an interest in manufacturing, production, and creative entrepreneurship.
Wrong Shop produces limited-edition prints, posters and objects by the best-known names in art and design. We exist to make art more accessible, while enabling creators to work in original and unexpected ways.
Wrong Shop believes good art and design should be accessible to everybody. Alongside our limited-edition prints and other art objects, we produce a curated collection of posters – affordable, meticulously made artworks by a growing directory of the world’s leading artists and designers, created in collaboration with galleries and other institutions. Each one is produced with close attention to detail, from the print processes used to make it, to the way it is presented in its final form.
Wrong Shop emerged out of a community of artists and designers who work across product, textiles, interiors and industrial design – and we continue to celebrate cross-disciplinary creativity. Our decade of expertise in manufacturing and selling high-quality prints allows our creators to focus on interrogating the boundaries of their practice, while our commitment to creative partnership and a collaborative approach produces the best possible products.
